So many ways to use the Sculpt Ring. Pressed between the knees lying on your side it works the outer glutes, squeezed between the palms sitting upright it moves the effort into the chest and arms, and held out in front while you move it draws the core in. If the ring is the only thing you take out all session, that's going to be enough. Silicone covers the whole circle rather than only the two pads, which is where most magic circles switch to foam or bare plastic, so the surface stays the same wherever your hands and legs rest.
