Shipping

Lunavi ships worldwide. Orders are processed within one to two business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Australia

Standard shipping arrives in 5 to 7 business days. Flat rate of $9.95 AUD. Free shipping is included on orders over $120 AUD.

GST is collected at checkout where applicable. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International

We ship to most countries worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

As a guide:

• New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days
• United States, United Kingdom, Europe: 10 to 14 business days
• Rest of world: 14 to 21 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied on arrival. These are not included in our shipping rates, and we can't estimate them in advance. If a parcel is refused at customs, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within three business days of ordering, please email us at hello@lunavi.com.au.

Delays and lost parcels

We work with reputable carriers, but occasional delays happen during peak periods or international transit. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, please contact us so we can lodge an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

We can't redirect parcels once dispatched. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect addresses can be re-sent at the customer's expense.
